Eligibility Details

Draftsman 12th Pass with Science Subject 2 Years certificate in Architecture or Draughtsmanship OR ITI in Draughtsman (Civil). Supervisor Administration Any Graduation Degree. NCC “B” certificate or Ex-Naib Subedar (GD) Turner Possess certificate from ITC/ ITI/ NCTVT/ Defence Trade Certificate with one year experience. OR Read the official notification for more details. Machinist Matriculation from any recognized board. ITI certificate in Machinist/ Having Defence Trade Certificate from an Army Institute or similar with one year experience as Machinist. Read the official notification for more details. Driver Mechanical Transport (OG) Matric Pass and Possessing a heavy motor vehicle driving license. Driver Road Roller (OG) Matriculation Pass. Possessing HMV or Road Roller Driving Licence with experience of 6 months in Road Roller Driving. Operator Excavating Machinery Matriculation Pass. Possessing Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence  or Dozer/ Excavator with experience of 6 months in Dozer/ Excavator. Read the official notification for post wise eligibility details.

Postal Address: Commandant, GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune– 411 015 Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through offline mode only (By Registered Post Only). Application received after the last date (30 December 2024) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Required Document To Be Self Attached With The Application Form

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application. Educational and Professional qualification certificates. Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category. Domicile Certificate & Residential Certificate. Copy of Birth Certificate/ Age Proof. Copy Aadhaar Card & Other Photo ID Card. Experience certificate, if any. Computer/ Stenography Certificate, if any. A self-addressed envelope. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

Interested candidates should send their applications as per format attached and properly sealed in an envelope to subscribe the words “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF_____, CATEGORY______, WEIGHTAGE PERCENTAGE IN ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION on left side on the top of envelope. Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters. The application can be filled by the candidates either in English or Hindi. The date of written test / skill test will be intimated to eligible candidates separately. No cutting or over harvesting in the BRO GREF application form. Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph BRO GREF application will be rejected. This Border Roads Organisation (BRO) office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay. The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature be cancelled as and when it comes into the notice of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO).
