विषय : व्यवसाय शिक्षुता के लिए शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम (पूर्व आईटीआई)
भारत डायनामिक्स लिमिटेड (बीडीएल), मिनी रन श्रेणी 1 का सार्वजनिक उद्यम है जिसकी स्थापना वर्ष 1970 में भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालायाधीन किया गया. टैंक रोधि संचलित प्रक्षेपास्त्र के विनिर्माण में अग्रणी बीडीएल आज अगली पीढ़ी के लिए एटीजीएम, सामरिक अस्त्र, लाँचर, अंतर्जालास्त्र, डिकॉय एवं परीक्षण उपकरणों के विनिर्माण के आधार के रूप में उभरा है. बीडीएल, देश की रक्षा में महत्वपूर्ण मिसाइल प्रणाली तथा अन्य अत्याधुनिक उपकरण का विनिर्माण कर रहा है और विश्व के चुनिंदा कंपनियों में से एक है जो उत्कृष्ट अस्त्र प्रणालियों के उत्पादन में सक्षम है.
SUB: Apprenticeship Training Program for Trade Apprenticeship (Ex-ITI)
Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Mini Ratna Category-1 Public Sector Enterprise, which was incorporated in the year 1970 under the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India. A pioneer in the manufacture of Anti-Tank Guided Missiles, today BDL has evolved as a conglomerate, manufacturing ATGMs of later generations, Strategic Weapons, Launchers, Under Water Weapons, and Decoys & Test Equipments. BDL is engaged in manufacturing of Missile Systems and other sophisticated equipments vital for the Defense of the Country and is amongst a few industries in the world having capabilities to produce State of Art Guided Weapons Systems. The customers of the organization are all three wings of the Armed Forces viz., Indian Army, Indian Air Force & Indian Navy.

1. बीडीएल, भानूर इकाई, संगारेड्डी (E06203600009) में शिक्षुता अधिनियम, 1961 के तहत शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण के लिए आई टी आई उत्तीर्ण योग्य अभ्यर्थियों से www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in पोर्टल के माध्यम से वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित
Bharat Dynamics Limited, Bhanur Unit, Sangareddy (E06203600009) invites Online applications through www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in portal from eligible ITI passed candidates for Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act 1961 in the following Trades for the year 2024-25:

3. अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यताः दसवी / एस एस सी एवं संबद्ध ट्रेड में आई टी आई उत्तीर्ण
Essential Qualification: 10th/SSC pass + ITI pass in the respective trade.
4. आयुः अनारक्षित अभ्यर्थियों के संबंध में अभ्यर्थी की आयु 14 साल से कम एवं 30 साल से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए. (दि. 31.10.2024 तक की आयु की गणना की जाएगी).
Age: Candidate must not be less than 14 years of age and not more than 30 years of Age in case of General candidates. (Age shall be taken as on 31.10.2024)

6. पोर्टल पर शिक्षुता के लिए आवेदन करने संबंधी अनुदेश :
Instructions for applying Apprenticeship in portal:
(a) डीजीईटी, भारत सरकार के पोर्टल https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/candidate-registration पर अभ्यर्थी शिक्षु के रूप में पंजीकरण करेंगे. वयक्तिक विवरण, संपर्क विवरण, शैक्षणिक योग्यता विवरण (शैक्षणिक एवं तकनीकी दोनों), ट्रेड प्राथमिकता विवरण फार्म में भरेंगे.
Candidates have to register as an apprentice in the DGET, Government of India's portal: https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/candidate-registration fill-up his personal details, contact details, qualification details (academic & technical) trade preference details, in the form.
b) अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अपनी नवीनतम पासपोर्ट फोटो; जन्म प्रमाण पत्र अर्थात दसवीं कक्षा या एस एस सी एवं आई टी आई 'अंक सूची' (अनिवार्य) अपलोड की जानी है, मूल प्रमाण पत्र की स्कान्ड प्रति अपलोड की जानी है. दसवीं कक्षा या एस एस सी एवं आईटीआई की अंक सूची के बिना पंजीकृत आवेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे.
Candidate is required to upload his/her latest pass port size photo; Date of Birth Document i.e., 10th class /SSC & ITI mark sheets (compulsorily). Original certificates only must be scanned and uploaded. Registration/Applications without uploading marks list of 10th class / SSC and ITI, will not be considered.
c) उक्त सभी चरण पूरा करने के बाद आधार वेरिफिकेशन पर क्लिक करे तथा प्रक्रिया पूरा करे. आधार वेरिफिकेशन के बाद पोर्टल में दिए गए आपके नाम में किसी भी प्रकार का परिवर्तन नहीं होगा, अतः वेरिफिकेशन से पहले पूरी पूरी तरह से जाँच कर ले क्योंकि प्रमाण पत्र उसी नाम से जारी किया जाएगा.
After completion of all the above, Click on Aadhaar verification and complete the process. Once aadhaar verification is over, your name entered in portal cannot be changed. Hence, check thoroughly before verification as your certificate will be issued on that name only.
d) सफलतापूर्वक एप्रेंटिस एक्टीवेशन गतिविधि पूरा करने के पश्चात सिस्टम द्वारा प्रजनित ऑटो मेल अभ्यर्थी द्वारा एपेंटिस एक्टीवेशन पेज पर पंजीकृत ई-मेल आई डी को भेजी जाएगी. इस ई- -मेल में अभ्यर्थी की ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण संख्या होगी और देश के विभिन्न संगठनों में शिक्षुता के लिए आवेदन करने संबंधी लिंक उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी.
Upon successful completion of Apprentice Activation activity, a system generated auto mail would be sent to the e-mail id registered by the candidate on Apprentices Activation page. This e-mail would contain candidate's online Registration Number and would provide a link for candidate to apply for apprenticeship training in various establishments in the country.
e) अभ्यर्थी "Establishment search" का चयन कर भारत डायनामिक्स लिमिटेड, भानूर (Reg.No-E06203600009). का चयन करेंगे और आवेदन करेंगे.
Candidate must select the "Establishment search" and select Bharat Dynamics Limited, Bhanur (Reg.No-E06203600009) and apply.
f) पंजीकरण के समय आधार कार्ड नंबर ठीक से एंटर करना होगा. नाम एवं जन्म तिथि का मेल दसवीं कक्षा / एस एस सी प्रमाण पत्र के साथ होना चाहिए, इस विवरण में किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि होने पर पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि अर्थात 11.11.2024 से पूर्व इसे ठीक करना होगा अन्यथा आपका आवेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा.
Aadhaar card number (UID no) shall be entered correctly while registration, Name and Date of Birth shall match with 10thclass/SSC certificate. In case of any discrepancy in these details, the same may please be corrected before the last date of registration i.e. 11.11.2024, otherwise your application will not be considered.
g) असंपूर्ण आवेदन एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड किए बिना प्रस्तुत आवेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे.
Incomplete applications submitted without uploading the required documents will not be considered.
h) अपलोड की गई अभ्यर्थी की नवीनतम फोटो एवं प्रमाण पत्र स्पष्ट दिखाई देना चाहिए.
Candidate's latest photo and the certificates uploaded must be clearly visible.
i) डीजीईटी पोर्टल से संबंधित संदेह एवं समस्याओं के लिए पोर्टल पर दिए गए हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर संपर्क करें. बीडीएल ऐसी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं कर सकेगा.
For enquires and issues related to DGET portal, candidates are requested to contact helpline numbers mentioned in the portal. BDL will not be able to address such issues.
7. चयन पद्धतिः शिक्षुता अधिनियम 1961 के तहत प्रशिक्षण के लिए योग्य अभ्यर्थियों का चयन मेरिट के आधार पर निम्रानुसार होगा.
Mode of Selection: Selection of eligible candidates for imparting training under the Apprentice Act 1961 will be based on Merit as detailed below:
- विभिन्न ट्रेडों के लिए आवेदन देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की सूची अलग-अलग से ली जाएगी.
- List of candidates applied for various trades will be drawn separately.
- अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अनुसार योग्य अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा प्राप्त अंको के आधार पर ट्रेड वार एक अलग मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाएगी. दसवी कक्षा / एस एस सी एवं आई टी आई उत्तीर्ण के लिए समान भाराक दिए जाएंगे
- A separate merit list will be prepared for each trade based on the marks scored by the eligible candidates as per the essential qualification. Equal weight age for marks will be given for 10th/SSC pass and ITI pass.
8. शारीरिक स्वस्थता मानकः प्रशिक्षण कार्य के लिए चयित अभ्यर्थी अपनी नियुक्ति से पूर्व लागू नियमों के अधीन निर्धारित चिकित्सा परीक्षा में सफल होना अनिवार्य है.
Physical Standards: Candidates selected are required to pass the prescribed Medical Examination as per rules in force before inducting to the training course.
9. प्रशिक्षण एवं छात्रवृत्तिः केंद्रीय शिक्षु परिषद द्वारा निर्धारित मानक एवं पाठयक्रम के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, चयित अभ्यर्थियों को शिक्षुता अवधि के दौरान वर्तमान निर्देशानुसार निर्धारित दर से छात्रवृत्ति दी जाएगी
Training & Stipend: Training will be arranged in accordance to the standards & syllabus prescribed by Central Apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during Apprenticeship at the prescribed rate as per extant Instructions.
10. अन्य शर्ते
Other Conditions:
a) शैक्षणिक योग्यता, जन्म प्रमाण, जाति इत्यादि संबंधी मूल प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यकतानुरूप सत्यापन के लिए प्रस्तुत करना होगा.
Original Certificates like Educational, Date of Birth, Community etc., to be produced by the candidate for verification, as and when required.
b) शिक्षुता अधिनियम 1961 के अनुसार अ. जा./अ.ज.जा./अ. पि. व. / पीडब्ल्यूडी/ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए आरक्षण लागू होगा.
Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS as per Apprentices Act 1961 will be applicable.
c) इंजीनियरिंग स्नातक एवं डिप्लोमा की उपाधि प्राप्त अभ्यर्थी इस शिक्षुता के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते हैं क्योंकि उनके लिए अलग शिक्षुता योजना लागू है.
Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders are not eligible to Apply for Apprenticeship in response to this notification as they are governed by the separate scheme of Apprenticeship.
d) अभ्यर्थियों को टी ए / डी ए नहीं दिया जाएगा.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending certificate verification etc.
e) नियमानुसार अधिसूचित ट्रेड की प्रशिक्षण अवधि एक वर्ष की होगी.
Duration of training period for the notified trades will be of one year as per norms.
f) विधिवत रूप से भरे आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 11.11.2024 है.
Last date of Receipt of duly filled-in online applications is 11.11.2024.
g) बीडीएल को चयन प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण पर अभ्यर्थी के आवेदन/ अभ्यर्थिता को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार है.
BDL is having the right to reject the application/candidature of the candidate at any stage of the selection process.
h) भविष्य में यदि पाया जाता है कि अभ्यर्थी योग्यता मानदण्ड को पूरा नहीं करते हैं तो उनकी अभ्यर्थिता रद्द की जाएगी और निरर्ह हो जाएंगे.
At a later stage, if found that the candidate is not fulfilling the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected and he/she will be disqualified.
i) अधिसूचना हमारी कार्यालयीन वेबसाइट http://bdl-india.in पर शिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण अधिसूचना-2024-25 पर क्लिक करने से उपलब्ध होगा. इस अधिसूचना से संबंधित आगे के अद्यतन संशोधन के लिए, यदि कोई हो तो, इसी वेबसाइट पर देखें, कंपनी द्वारा अन्य किसी भी प्रकार का संप्रेषण नहीं किया जाएगा.
Notification is available on our official website http://bdl-india.in by clicking at Apprenticeship Training Notification-2024-25. Candidates may also visit the same website for further updates/amendments, if any, for this notification. No other mode of communication will be given by the Company.
j) प्रबंधन को आवश्यकतानुरूप रिक्तियों की संख्या बढ़ाने / घटाने का अधिकार है.
Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies notified as per the requirement.
k) अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे.
Applications received through any other mode/means will not be considered.
